Overview: This YUM! Rewards Program is a service of YUM! Restaurant Services Group LLC. This program is provided for all eligible employees of YUM! Restaurant Services Group LLC. (Participants) All users and Participants of this web site agree that their access to and use of this web site are subject to these Official Rules set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user's own risk. These Official Rules may change without prior notice to users.
Eligibility: Eligibility for the YUM! Rewards Program is limited to current YUM! Restaurant Services Group LLC employees. Those that are currently employed by a YUM! Brands-owned restaurant location (specifically KFC, Pizza Hut, or Taco Bell) are eligible to play the game.
Change: YUM! Restaurant Services Group LLC reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time.
YUM! Restaurant Services Group LLC reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards, the Official Rules of the program will be resolved by YUM! Restaurant Services Group LLC at its sole discretion.
Participant Enrollment: To enroll, click on the ‘First time here? Register Now’ link and follow the links and instructions to create an account. Employees will use their user ID to enter the game (i.e. ABC1234).

YUM! Restaurant Services Group LLC is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by Participants while participating in the Program.
Online Instant Win Game: You may win prizes on the program website.
To gain entry to play the instant win spin and win game, you must register and successfully complete the current month’s quiz.
No other method of entry will be accepted.
Winners of the instant win game are electronically chosen at random, and are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules.
Each winner will receive a notification message displayed on the website alerting them of their prize level and will be given the ability to choose a prize from a prize catalog from the prize level they won.
Prize winners will be awarded according to the following table:

Winners will be able to select from prize options available on the website that corresponds to the prize level won.
Instant Win Entry: Once you have registered your account, successfully complete the quiz and use your earned token to play the online instant Spin and Win game.
The decisions of YUM! Restaurant Services Group LLC, including the determination of the type of instant win game, are final and binding on all matters relating to this online instant win game. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible game plays received and the timing of the game plays.
Claiming a Reward:
- YUM! Restaurant Services Group LLC reserves the right to modify the prizes available in the online catalog at any time and without notice.
- Specific prizes are subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.
Termination of Program: YUM! Restaurant Services Group LLC reserves the right to terminate the Safety Incentives Program at any time without any prior notice to you. If the program is suspended or terminated, any tokens must be redeemed within 30 days of the date of termination. In the event of program suspension or termination, notices will be placed on the landing page of YumSafety.com and will remain for 30 days.
Email Notices: You have the option to opt in to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You email will never be shared or sold to any other entity and you will never receive any email communications outside the purposes of this rewards program without your prior consent.
Promotional Events: From time to time, YUM! Restaurant Services Group LLC, at its discretion, may sponsor events intended to promote participation in the Reward Points Program. These events may be terminated at any time, without cause or warning.
Taxes: Merchandise redeemed under the program may be subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes resulting from these prizes will be the responsibility of YUM! Restaurant Services Group LLC or any of its affiliates or agents. YUM! Restaurant Services Group LLC will report Participant's earnings under this program in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.
Privacy Notice: This website is housed and operated by Online Rewards on behalf of YUM! Restaurant Services Group LLC. The information collected on this web site will be used by YUM! Restaurant Services Group LLC in connection with the YUM Brands Safety Incentives Program. Online Rewards will not provide your information to non-YUM! Restaurant Services Group LLC or non- YUM! Restaurant Services Group LLC Brands third-party business partners.
